The overall process of product development is as follows:

• The project starts with envisioning the objective, during which we discuss all the client's objectives, precisely determine the requirements and develop a document outlining the overall project.

• This is followed by the planning phase during which we analyze all the project’s requirements leading to project work plans and schedules.

• The development phase leads to a solution satisfying all the requirements that is ready for further testing and stabilization.

• During the stabilization phase our team thoroughly tests the solution.

• In the installation phase the solution is installed on site and all emerging problems are fixed.

After the solution is ready further development of its functions is possible in which case the above-mentioned cycle is repeated. Our team works to short deadlines in each phase so as to deliver elements of working solutions more frequently. We keep in close contact with our clients to better understand their needs and requirements.
